Paris Saint-Germain’s Brazilian superstar forward Neymar still has the intention of playing alongside former teammate Lionel Messi, according to several reports. Neymar is a player that always finds his name in the transfer rumor mill anytime the transfer window is approaching or is open for business. Since leaving Barcelona some years ago, it has vastly been reported that he would cherish the idea of returning to the Camp Nou to play alongside Messi once more.
Messi himself has been linked with an exit from Barcelona and almost left the club last season only for him to overturn his decision and remain at the Spanish capital instead. The Brazilian has refused to rule out a return to Barcelona and has always made his intention public that he holds a bond with Messi and would love to play with him again.
Reports claim that Neymar is currently happy and enjoying his football at PSG, but despite that, he would still love to play alongside Messi because of their friendship. As it stands, the former Barcelona man has refused to sign a new deal at the French club and it is believed that it’s his own way of telling the PSG bosses that his tike at the club is finally over and he wants to leave.
If Messi remains at Barca, there’s a slight chance that Neymar could leave PSG and return to Barca in the near future. The other way it could happen is if Messi decided to leave and joins Neymar at PSG instead.
