  1. didnt ronaldinho win it in 2005 and eto’o wasnt that good.when eto’o was peek other people were better then him (cristiano and kaka)

  2. FUCK THIS GAME..Racism continues to the day of judgment.samuel eto’o…thebest scorer has not been given any ball..and messi 3times..boo chet

  3. Soccer players back then… If pele would have played in europe his story would be much diferent… Lyk alfredo di stefano… Great player but not as popular than the so called “king of football” pele

  4. @rap1re
Not really dude… I get wat u mean wen the system wasnt the same and to do tricks was a lot easier than now but the game was tougher in peles era… Back then you could get kicked hard and get hurt alot more and it was hard for the referee to decide to give a freekick or foul… Now if you get a lil push or if they step on your toe players now a days act lyk lil bitches and get easier fouls nd free kicks… I agree though that pele is sorta overated due to the lower skill level of most

  5. 10 goals in 16-18 matches (depending on if barca go on in the champ league)
and 5 goals to break barca’s all time record (excluding friedlies)

  6. Pele is good, but to be honest to say that he won the WC is an ignorant statement. he didnt play 1 vs 11. its 11 vs 11, lets put pele in Indonesian national team, or malaysia, or thailand. and see whether he can win the wc or not..

WC/league is work of team, but balon d or, assists-goals and brain is the work of player.. and Messi deserves it all and I guess this year he’ll receive the next best player in the world after he score morethan 60 goals in the end of this season. 10 to go Messi!

  7. When people call Pele the king they forget that in his time football was not as serious competition as it is now. Level of players and teams are now higher than before + referees are now much stricter. Therefore even though pele’s 1000 goals are not the same now. I will be straight and honest : football in his era was easier than it is now
